Dr Eichel has a public and private anaesthetic practice. Public hospitals include St George Hospital in Kogarah and Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick.

She also works at St George Private, North Shore Private, The Chris O'Brien Lifehouse as well as day surgeries including East Sydney Private Hospital and Sight Foundation Theatre.
